July 20, 2022 - ROCHESTER, NY--Brighton Securities, a Rochester, NY-based financial services firm, today announced the addition of Jordan Daniels as Chief Growth Officer and newest member of the firm’s leadership team.
Jordan joins Brighton Securities with a nearly 20-year career in the financial services industry. Previously a Vice President at Citizens Bank, she saw success in multiple roles in Retail and Business Banking. Jordan has partnered with businesses in our community and helped them expand and grow the footprint in which they serve. Jordan pivoted from Business Banking to strategic Human Resource roles while at Citizens. Jordan has created, designed, and executed onboarding programs that supported new colleagues acclimating quickly, creating a direct path to productivity. Recently, Jordan worked in Talent Acquisition. Her efforts supported both career growth opportunities for colleagues and employee retention efforts.
In her role as Chief Growth Officer at Brighton Securities, Jordan will dedicate her efforts to finding creative ways to drive acquisition, expand our regional service offerings, grow our Capital Management division, and create internal processes to ensure a solid candidate-to-colleague experience. She will be responsible for the execution of our organic growth strategy.
Jordan will work closely with Melissa Hawryschuk, our Chief Executive Officer, and her leadership team; Ethan Wade, Director of Training and Development, Doug Hendee, Chief Sales Officer and Christina Gregory, Marketing Operations Manager to continue the long-term growth strategy for our firm and financial advisors.
