With over 20 years in the financial services industry, Jen Leach has built a career centered around helping firms stay on track with regulatory compliance. She recently joined Brighton Securities, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her time at Manning & Napier, where she held roles such as Compliance Analyst, Privacy Officer, AML Officer, and Senior Compliance Analyst.
She holds Series 7, 24, 51, and 63 licenses, plus a New York State Life and Health Insurance License. Her credentials underscore a steady focus on regulatory updates and client-first solutions in an ever-changing field.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, she values time spent with her family and her two Labrador retrievers, often exploring local trails and enjoying nature. She is actively involved in community service, supporting organizations such as the local food pantry and animal shelter.
