During her 20+ year career, Melissa has led large, diverse teams for global financial institutions, including Citizens Bank and Bank of America. Prior to joining Brighton Securities, she served as Senior Vice President and Client Management Executive for Preferred Banking at Bank of America, where she spent seven years leading strategic initiatives and organizational transformation.
In that role, Melissa drove the transformation of multiple lines of business, streamlining the client experience, optimizing national sales processes, and leading initiatives that delivered sustained organic growth across multiple regions throughout the United States. Her leadership focused on driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and executing strategies that enhanced both client outcomes and business performance.
Melissa lives in Victor, New York, with her husband, Nick, and their four children: Emily, Alison, Joseph, and Mason. Away from the office, she enjoys cheering on her children at their athletic events, traveling with her family, and making the most of summers on the Finger Lakes, where they spend time boating and enjoying everything the region has to offer.
