Rochester, New York, March 28, 2023 - Brighton Securities has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by Rochester Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.
This is the 10th year the Democrat & Chronicle has partnered with Energage to celebrate exceptional workplaces and Brighton Securities’ 9th year being named a Top Workplace. For this year’s awards, 3,054 organizations were invited to survey their employees. Based on employee survey feedback, 79 have earned recognition as Top Workplaces. Brighton Securities is honored to been named as #16 Top Workplace in the small business category for 2023. “Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of.
