Rochester, New York, April 04, 2024 - Brighton Securities has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by the Democrat & Chronicle Rochester Top Workplaces. This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.
This is the 11th year the Democrat & Chronicle has partnered with Energage to celebrate exceptional workplaces and Brighton Securities’ 10th year being named a Top Workplace. For this year’s awards there were: 101 Total Companies Surveyed, 18,181 Employees that took the survey, and 69 Companies Identified as Top Workplaces 2024 Rochester. “Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of.
