ROCHESTER, NY--Brighton Securities, a Rochester NY-based Financial Services firm, recently announced that Dianne Bell has joined its firm as an Operation Associate. Dianne joins Brighton Securities with a background as an Investment Support Clerk. Dianne is also a Notary Public.
