At our seminar, you will learn about eligibility, costs and your options for Medicare. We plan to provide you with an in depth overview of Medicare followed by a question and answer session.

The seminar will be hosted by Joe Boyd, Brighton Securities and Ron Brandwine, Lifespan.

Cancer Wellness Connections: Ovarian Gynecologic Cancers 10th Anniversary 5K

Brighton Securities was proud to partner with Cancer Wellness Connections for this year's Ovarian Gynecologic Cancers 10th Anniversary 5K which was held on September 16th!

Proceeds form the event went to Cancer Wellness Connections, a Rochester area non-profit which provides free diversionary activities to more than 12,000 people annually who are receiving outpatient chemotherapy treatment at Rochester area hospitals.

Fashion Week Of Rochester

Brighton Securities partnered with the Center for youth for the the 2017 Fashion Week of Rochester which was held Oct 12-14th, the proceeds of which benefited the Center for Youth! Our very fashionable VP & Chief Sales Officer, Doug Hendee, walked in this year's Adrian Jules show!

Equifax data breach… Should you be concerned?

Equifax—one of the nation’s largest credit reporting agencies, reported that hackers stole personal data from an estimated 143 million Americans. The breach lasted from mid-May through July—the hackers accessed people’s names, Social Security numbers, birth dates, addresses, and in some cases, driver’s license numbers.

Concerned yet? It can be an overwhelming thought that your information is in the hands of criminals looking to profit at your expense.

Here are some steps to consider:

  1. Determine if you were potentially impacted.Visit Equifax’s website to see if you have been impacted. Once you click this link, click on the tab that says “Potential Impact”. Follow the prompt and you will either get a message that says “we believe that your personal information was not impacted by this incident” or “we believe that your personal information may have been impacted by this incident.”
