"Change," it's inevitable; we think you would all agree. Things change for countless reasons, but change they do. With that in mind, it is with great pleasure we introduce our new Chief Executive Officer, Jai Ramachandran. Jai joins Brighton Securities from Oppenheimer & Co., where he was a Director within the Investment Banking Team executing a variety of financial transactions including buy and sell-side M&A advisory roles, private and public equity and debt capital raises, and general corporate advisory assignments. Jai began his career as one of the earliest employees of American Fiber Systems, a start-up telecom company based in Rochester, NY, that built fiber optic networks in a variety of metropolitan markets throughout the United States. Jai received his MBA at Simon and has strong ties to the Rochester community. Jai has a team-based approach to leadership, and a tremendous amount of enthusiasm for Team Brighton.
Jai recently purchased a home in Pittsford with his daughter Jaida, and son Jonah and they are all happy to be back in Rochester.
