Brighton Securities will be hosting an informational seminar at Basil Hall on the St. John Fisher Campus. Bond Financial Network, a local benefits provider, will cover The Health Care reform Act compliance and administrative concerns that every employer should understand. There are many things that employers can do proactively to strategically position themselves most effectively for the changes.
It is important to be aware of these changes and how -- and most significantly, when -- these changes will be implemented. There will be important census information which will need to be supplied by July of this year and if correct measures are undertaken, companies may realize significant savings in benefit costs.
Our hope is to create a venue where business owners can find a resource to information and also ask questions about how this new law will affect them and their employees.
