There has been a lot of news surrounding Sirius XM these past few weeks, as they face a March 15th delisting deadline. Sirius XM has until Monday to satisfy a Nasdaq listing rule that requires a stock to maintain a minimum bid price of $1. Below is a list of 9 other stocks that are on the Nasdaq's list of deficient companies (as of March 9) and are in danger of being delisted.

4: Vertro (VTRO): internet software products
5: Vaughan Foods (FOOD): produces refrigerated foods
6: Veraz (VRAZ): voice infrastructure software
7: Pet DRx (VETS): offers primary and specialty veterinary services
8: Zanett (ZANE): Customized IT solutions
9: Orange 21 (ORNG): Designs action sports apparel
