Brighton Securities is a local, independently-owned financial services firm that was established in 1969. For nearly 50 years have served clients from the same location in Rochester, New York, making us pretty unique in the financial world. During our history, we've worked with thousands of people and take pride in serving generations of clients across the country.

In addition, we have a professional tax staff that can work with you and your clients to provide expert tax planning and income tax preparation. This service includes individual, corporate, trust, estate, gift partnership and payroll taxes. Our clients appreciate our ability to provide them with such comprehensive service all under one roof. All tax and payroll business you generate is commissionable.
Our client service associates are fully licensed and have been in the business longer than many of our advisors. With tenures at Brighton Securities of over 10, 20 and 30 years, our assistants and operations support staff have decades of experience giving first-rate service to advisors and their clients. Just because they’ve been part of the Brighton Securities team for years doesn’t mean they’ve stopped learning; our staff routinely takes part in training for the newest technology and participates in monthly meetings to review workflow procedures for optimum efficiency.
At Brighton Securities, firm management is across the hall – not across the country. Our management is completely local – and completely dedicated to you and your clients. Our Chairman is also a financial advisor. Our Chief Compliance Officer operates under two principles: protect the firm and serve the advisor. Our marketing efforts are directly influenced by feedback from advisors like you who know who their clients are. Our Operations department is a few yards away. Our IT department makes desk-calls.

Hit the Ground Running
Our New Advisor Training Program uses a “high touch” approach, combining intensive in-house training with national-level training at the Wells Fargo corporate headquarters in St. Louis. Our goal is to help you develop the skills you’ll need to succeed. After passing the Series 7 and 66 licensing exams, you’ll learn about the world-class products and technology available to all Brighton Securities advisors. This rigorous program covers industry foundation training, proven sales and prospecting techniques, and strategies to build a book of business. You will work with a mentor to improve competency and help apply what you’re learning every step of the way. We’ll hold you accountable to the goals you set, and help you lay out the steps you’ll need to get there.
From covering the fundamentals of prospecting for clients and leveraging personal networks to learning about everything from stocks, bonds and options to our extensive advisory platform and managed products, the New Advisor Training Program is focused on results.
