We use our blog to make public, topics and ideas that we consider important. There is no shortage of financial information available online, but truly reliable information, about topics important to our clients, is not in such great supply. But today, I'll make a departure from our regular blog content to talk about an important, new addition to our team here at Brighton Securities.

At our regular State of the Firm meeting yesterday, we welcomed Jai Ramachandran as our new Chief Executive Officer. Jai is an RIT grad, and holds an MBA from the Simon School of the University of Rochester. After years working in the investment banking field on Wall Street, Jai has returned to Rochester to lead our management team and continue on with our 45-year tradition of personal service to investors in Western New York and across the country.

A new CEO for Team Brighton doesn't mean big changes for our clients or employees, but it does renew our commitment to personal service and growth. I hope you'll take a moment to stop by Jai's office and say hello the next time you visit our Brighton Securities main office on Monroe Avenue, in Brighton. The best way for Jai to get to know our firm is to get to know our clients.
