Our Team

Joe Arena  Joe is a 28 year veteran in the income tax business, specializing in personal, small business, and real estate investor tax issues. Joe has extensive small business experience, including 12 yers as the owner of a tax and financial planning business and nearly 30 years as a real estate investor, developer and manager.

A native of Rochester, Joe graduated from the University of Buffalo with degrees in Engineering and Business Administration with an Accounting concentration.

Dawn Busch  Dawn joined Brighton Securities in August, 2008. She has extensive knowledge in the Information Technology field with over 20 years experience, 10 years as an IT Manager.

She is a new member of the Rochester chapter of the Association for Women In Computing as well as several other industry groups.

Dawn resides in Holley with her husband and youngest of two sons. In her spare time she enjoys reading.
