During Jordan’s 18-plus year career in Financial Services, the majority of which was with Citizens Bank, she was successful in partnering with the businesses in our local community as a Business Banking Relationship Manager. She later transitioned from Business Banking to strategic Human Resource roles, where she created and executed an enterprise onboarding program that helped new colleagues acclimate quickly and shorten ramp to productivity; ultimately increasing new colleague satisfaction and bottom line value to the organization. Over the last few years, Jordan held a role in Talent Acquisition where she was instrumental in executing an enterprise strategy that supported colleague exploration of career growth opportunities and retention efforts through organizational change management, training development & facilitation, career coaching, and recruitment programs.
Jordan lives in Spencerport, NY with her husband and son. A native of the greater Rochester area, she enjoys visiting the great restaurants the city has to offer, shopping at the public market, and remaining active by working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
