George has always provided personal service across generations of clients, many of whom have become like family. Long an institution in business in Genesee County, George brings to bear his expertise in estate and retirement planning for his clients benefit. George is a long time member of a number of civic organizations in Genesee County. He and his wife, Patricia, live in Batavia and have four grown children.

Joe Boyd

A native of South Korea who has spent most of his life in the Western New York area, Joe’s strength is in helping early-career professionals and young families and mid-career families understand their finances and help mitigate the risks we all face every day. Chairman

George’s areas of expertise include local and national economic analysis, fundamental business analysis, fixed income and individual stocks. A former corporate tax accountant, George manages a national client base and specializes in thorough planning for comfortable retirement and for minimizing income and estate taxes.

George has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry and is frequently quoted in the local media when in-depth coverage is required on the stock market or local companies.

Samuel DiNorma

Sam joined the Brighton Securities team in 2011 with a background in equity and futures trading. His experience allows Sam to apply a robust analytical method to developing customized solutions for individual client needs and goals. Sam’s approach to financial planning begins with a detailed evaluation of each client’s circumstances and leads to the design of an individually-tailored plan. Through careful design and proactive monitoring Sam helps his clients achieve their financial goals, whether they are accumulation of wealth, income and capital preservation, or a life event planning, such as for a child’s education.

Mike Fahey, CFP ®

Mike comes to Brighton Securities with thirty years of investment experience. He spent the better part of the past two decades with some of the world's largest global banks receiving numerous promotions along the way. During that time he received both local and regional recognition for his financial expertise.

Mike believes in listening to his clients. His focus is to help individuals develop a very personal investment portfolio. Though specializing in retirement strategies he is well versed in all aspects of financial planning. Mike formalized his financial planning expertise by obtaining his Certified Financial Planner designation in 1994.

Mike and his wife Kathy are long time residents of Batavia. They recently became grandparents for the first time. When not in the office you will probably find Mike working the landscaping at his home.

Salvatore Fasciano

After 5 years at Smith Barney and HSBC, Sal Joined Brighton Securities in search of better opportunities for his clients. Previously, Sal worked 30 years in the manufacturing industry where he was a senior manager overseeing the service department.

A graduate of Alfred State College, Sal lives in Greece with his wife Debbie. Their two daughters are in college: Jennifer studies Chemistry at the University of Miami and Samantha is a Math major at SUNY Plattsburgh. In his spare time, Sal enjoys a variety of sports and (when the weather is good) a nice motorcycle ride.

Tim Fenity

Tim joined Brighton Securities in 1991 after several years with Rochester Community Savings Bank and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.

Michael Francis

Vice President - Financial Advisor

With nearly three decades of experience with Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, Mike brings his clients a strong background in individual financial planning and specialized retirement planning. Serving his clients with a personal approach is Mike’s highest priority.

Mike has financial planning training and is Envision Certified, meaning he’s an expert at developing sophisticated financial plans that give his clients a 360-degree view of their financial health at any point and for simulated future realities. Of course, the most important part of this process is listening, and Mike takes the time to learn his clients priorities and goals so that they are accurately reflected in their plan.

Douglas Hendee, CFP ®

Doug began his career in 1999 at Morgan Stanley. He earned his Certified Financial Planner designation in 2007 and has continued to evolve his practice by implementing a comprehensive approach to wealth management.

Each relationship begins with an extensive fact-finding process which is developed into a tailored personal plan through a collaboration between Doug and his clients. This plan is continuously reviewed and revised as circumstances change. This detailed approach builds steady, long-term relationships. Caroline Korn

Caroline joined Brighton Securities in 2005 from a national brokerage firm in Rochester. Her experience spans years in Los Angeles, New York and Chicago working on the institutional side before becoming a financial advisor for individual clients. John Meli

Brennan Redmond, CFA

Vice President - Financial Advisor

Brennan's practice focuses on a wealth management process that provides clients with individualized solutions for a range of financial issues. Through design, implementation and monitoring he works closely with clients to develop strategies that build a framework for evaluating their complex financial lives. An upstate New York native originally from Cazenovia, Brennan came to Rochester to study finance at RIT. Chuck Wade

Chuck Wade joined the Brighton Securities team in 2012 after an award-winning career in broadcasting with 13WHAM-TV. He is currently finishing his M.B.A. at St. John Fisher College.
